Timothy Maiden trained in the United Kingdom and has more than 17 years of podiatry experience, including 15 years of practice in Singapore. His clinical focus is on lower-limb biomechanics, gait assessment, sports injury care, and orthotic prescription.
He is also a consulting clinician at Raffles Hospital. His work combines clinical examination with tools such as RehaWalk® and 3D gait analysis to help identify movement patterns, loading issues and biomechanical factors that may contribute to pain or repeated injury.
Tim has particular experience with running-related injuries, foot posture concerns, gait-related pain, and lower-limb problems in which biomechanics plays an important role. His approach is careful, practical and centred on helping patients understand the causes of their symptoms and the next steps.
Patients often seek his care for persistent heel pain, Achilles problems, shin pain, forefoot pain, ankle discomfort and conditions that have not improved with rest or generic footwear advice alone. He also works with adults and children who may benefit from a more detailed assessment of walking, running or foot function.
Outside the clinic, Tim enjoys running, cycling and golf.
